Emeka Onyeka graduated from the Faculty of Law, University of Jos, Nigeria in 2000, called to the Nigerian Bar in 2002. Obtained his Masters in Law from the University of Aberdeen, Scotland, UK in 2008 and, thereafter a Post graduate diploma in International Commercial Arbitration from Queen Mary, University of London, UK in 2010.
Mr. Onyeka began his legal practice with one of the leading law firms in Port Harcourt, where he rose to become the firm’s Deputy managing solicitor and, head of Chambers, acquiring extensive practical knowledge of the laws and practice.
His practice areas are Litigation Practice, Arbitration and ADR, Employment and Labour Law, Immigration, Banking and Financial Services, Energy and Natural Resources, Personal Injuries and Claims, Foreign Investment, Telecommunication, Property and Real Estate.

Clement Chigbo graduated from the University of Ibadan Nigeria, Ahmadu Bello University Zaria Nigeria, The Nigerian Law School, Victoria Island Lagos, Nigeria. The Eugene Epoch law school, Nasau, Bahamas. The Universaid De Oriente, Santiago Cuba, University of London and, University of Aberdeen, UK.
He was admitted as a Solicitor and Advocate of the Supreme Court of Nigeria in 1995. He is also an Attorney-at-law admitted to practice (Pro Hac Vice) in Turks and Caicos Island, British West Indies and a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of England and Wales. He is a registered Associate of the Supreme Court of Bahamas and his areas of practice include property law, Personal Injury, Commercial and Corporate law, International Tax law, Commercial Arbitration and ADR, Foreign Investment and Immigration.
Prof. Chigbo is a prolific writer and has published extensively in the Bahamas and Nigeria, his articles and publications have attracted wider International attention. He was a weekly columnist in the Bahaman Journal and features regularly on various Radio programs discussing topical legal issues in the Bahamian and the International community.
He has authored/co-authored five books Conveyance: Title Searches and Allied Matters. The Law and Regulation of Business and Investment in the Bahamas (Trafford Publishing, Canada). Land Law: Conveyancing, Wills, Probate and Administration, Company Law and Practice in the Bahamas and, The Modern Law of Torts (A Kaleidoscopic Perspective). He has practiced and lectured in the Caribbean, UK and Nigeria.
Prof. Chigbo is a consultant to the firm of Emeka Onyeka & Co. He also consults for the Canadian Company - Teranet Incorporated Canada, International Federation of Women Lawyers (FIDA), Freeport, Grand Bahamas Chapter, Bahamas. Country manager, African Views Organization for the UK and the Bahamas Chapters. He is a Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Nigeria, Registered Associate of the Supreme Court of Bahamas, Attorney at Law Turks and Caicos Islands, British West Indies [Pro Hac Vice], Solicitor of England and Wales and Member, Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, UK. He is an Associate Professor and, lecturer at the Faculty of Law, Afe Babalola University, Ado-Ekiti, Ekiti State, Nigeria.

Mr. Samuel Ifeanyi Anyaso attended Enugu State University of Science and Technology, Enugu, Nigeria. He obtained his Masters Degree in Oil and Gas from the University of Aberdeen, Scotland, UK. He was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2005 and, began his legal practice with a law firm in Onitsha acquiring practical legal skills and wit. He has received many legal awards including the Nigerian Society of International Law (NSIL) award in 2003 as a student.
His practice areas include Litigation Practice, Oil and Gas, Corporate and Commercial Law, Environmental Law, Banking and Financial Services, Property and Real Estate and, foreign investment.
Mr. Anyaso is a Senior Associate in the firm, a member of the Nigerian Bar Association.
Nneka E. Ani

Nneka Ani studied law at Nnamdi Azikiwe University, Awka and the Nigeria Law School, Lagos. She was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2010. She began her law practice in Abuja before relocating to Port Harcourt to join the law firm of Emeka Onyeka & Co., in 2012.
She has a wealth of experience in Company and Corporate law practice, Criminal and Civil litigation, Property and Real Estate, Oil and gas, she is also versed in advocacy and negotiations.
She has attended seminars and workshops on topical issues of law and practice and, was inducted as a member of the National Institute of Management in 2012. She is currently undergoing her Masters Degree program at the Rivers State University, Port Harcourt.
Mayowa M. Adediran

Mayowa studied law at Obafemi Awolowo University Ile-Ife and, was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2010.
She proceeded to University of Ibadan where she had her Masters Degree in law graduating in 2014. She has attended several seminars and workshops acquiring many certifications in Arbitration. She was in the firm of Olalekan Ojo & Co. in Ibadan before relocating to Port Harcourt. She joined the firm of Emeka Onyeka & Co in October, 2015.
Her practice areas include Criminal and Civil litigation, Commercial law, Real Estate and Arbitration.
